Easter Sunday – Guarding the Tomb – Matthew 27
For the guards at Jesus’ tomb, their problem was not going to be trying to keep someone out. The problem was going to be trying to keep someone in. But no guards, no stone, not even death itself could hold Jesus in the tomb. And how timely it is for us to look again at the empty tomb and be reminded of the resurrecting, redeeming, redemptive power of our Savior! Matthew 27.
