JULY 31-AUG 3

Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. – John 15:13

Love. What is it? When you turn on the T.V. you hear the about the love of one person for another. You will see on social media photos and comments about love for a vacation spot, an anniversary, or holiday. You might love your dog, parents, or ice cream. And let us not forget Valentine’s Day. With the abundant use of love, it seems like it has lost its meaning. Perhaps it has become difficult to define.

At the 2017 NexGen/DOXA summer camp, we want to provide biblical definition for love. We want to peel away the noise which enters our eyes and ears and focus on what the Bible says about love. What we will find, and experience is a depth and veracity of God’s love that is unparalleled. While it’s commonplace to say “I love ice cream” when it is received, God wants us to know the difference when we  say “I love Jesus” and He is received as our Savior.

Therefore,  youth of NexGen and DOXA your invited to join us, invite friends, and come discover true love.

Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. – John 4:7
